As part of this journey, you’ll contribute to the launch of a new Tech Hub in Porto, helping to drive innovative, technology\-led solutions that are transforming how businesses move while contributing to a more sustainable future. **YOUR ROLE** ------------- * Support day\-to\-day monitoring and operation of production systems under guidance. * Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents following established procedures. * Participate in on\-call rotations (with mentorship and escalation support). * Help maintain monitoring dashboards, alerting rules, and basic observability setups. * Contribute to operational tasks such as service checks, deployments, and configuration updates. * Assist in documenting runbooks, operational procedures, and known issues. **YOUR PROFILE** ---------------- * Experience in cloud\-native production environments, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and engineering best practices. * Hands\-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) and CI/CD pipelines. * Solid programming skills (Python or Java) for automation, plus experience with containers, orchestration, and Linux systems. * Comfortable working in Agile / DevOps environments and cross\-functional teams, with the ability to document architectures and processes clearly. **WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE** --------------------------------------- * At Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
