Coordinate and manage the mechanical workshop; . Supervise industrial maintenance activities at the quarry; . Lead and motivate the maintenance team; . Ensure equipment operability and reliability; . Ensure implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans; . Promote compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. ### **Requirements** . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; . Proven experience in industrial maintenance; . Knowledge of electrical systems, industrial automation, and electromechanical equipment; . Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; . Category B driver’s license. We also value experience in quarries, mining, or heavy industry, as well as knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and maintenance management.
