Candidate Profile: · Analytical, rigorous, and results-oriented mindset · Ability to solve technical problems and improve processes · Critical thinking and focus on continuous optimization · Strong teamwork and communication skills · Proactivity, autonomy, and sense of responsibility · Adaptability to dynamic environments Education and Experience: · Higher education degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, or related fields. Responsibilities: · Development and optimization of electronic production processes · Technical support to production and problem resolution · Implementation of continuous improvements targeting efficiency and quality · Support in the industrialization of new products · Failure analysis and implementation of corrective actions · Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (production, quality, logistics) Working Hours: · 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week.
