We are recruiting for the position of **Night Receptionist** (M/F) at our hotel located in Foz do Sousa, Gondomar. **Main Responsibilities:** * Process guest check-in and check-out; * Provide information about hotel services, tourist attractions, and points of interest near the hotel; * Handle guest complaints; * Perform administrative tasks related to the role; * Assist in preparing breakfast. **Requirements:** * Education in Tourism or Hospitality (preferred); * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; * Fluent English — mandatory (additional languages are an advantage); * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Customer-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for public interaction; * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), including weekends and holidays. - Personal vehicle (preferred due to access conditions).
