Company with inclusion policies Assembly Line Worker (Production) A company in the winemaking production sector is hiring an assembly line worker to join its manufacturing team. This position involves working on the assembly line, with emphasis on quality, productivity, and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities: * Operate workstation on the production line according to procedures. * Use manual tools and basic production equipment. * Record production data and report non-conformities. * Meet productivity targets and quality standards. * Maintain a clean and safe workplace; follow safety regulations and PPE requirements. * Work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff as needed. Requirements: * Completed elementary education (preferred); prior experience in assembly line production within the sector. * Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing. * Commitment to safety, punctuality, and attendance.
