RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning and disinfection. * Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Perform periodic cleanings as established in the planned schedule. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and supplies, reporting any issues accordingly. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years’ experience in gastronomic hotels. * Culinary arts training. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. * Strong knowledge and application of HACCP.
