Job Summary: Opportunity for an Industrial Machinery Operator responsible for earthmoving operations across various construction sites and projects, utilizing a wide fleet of equipment. Competitive remuneration conditions aligned with the role MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operate and maneuver various types of industrial machinery for earthmoving tasks, including but not limited to dams, scrapers, canals, irrigation networks, drainage systems, waterfalls, cleaning of watercourses, pond cleaning, construction/dam projects, land preparation and agriculture, land clearing, deforestation, grading with laser, earthworks, plowing, subsoiling, wind farms, mechanical demolition, material crushing, communication routes, and forest roads. - We maintain a fleet of over 60 pieces of equipment, including dumpers, trucks, rotary spreaders, rollers, crushers, bulldozers, motor graders, front-end loaders, backhoes, vibratory rollers, vibratory plates, tractors, among others. REQUIREMENTS: - Earthmoving Machinery Operator License; - Experience in earthmoving operations; - Heavy Vehicle and Semi-Trailer Driving License (preferred); - Availability to travel nationwide; - Availability to work overtime; - Flexibility regarding working hours; - Good interpersonal skills; - Autonomy in problem-solving; CONDITIONS: - Competitive remuneration conditions aligned with the role; - Health insurance; - Company vehicle provided when on duty; - Immediate start; - Integration into a solid company with 25 years in the market; - Career progression.
