Main Responsibilities * Active prospecting of new B2C (individual) and B2B (business) clients; * Identification of business opportunities and expansion of the customer portfolio; * Scheduling and conducting sales visits; * Presenting tailored solutions and preparing commercial proposals aligned with customer needs; * Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring achievement of sales targets; * Ongoing customer portfolio follow-up and retention; * Building long-term commercial relationships and identifying new sales opportunities; * Recording and tracking sales activities in the CRM system; * Participating in sales meetings and internal training sessions; * Representing the company professionally and delivering an excellent customer experience. Requirements * Completed secondary education (12th grade) (preferred); * Prior experience in sales, prospecting, or commercial roles (valued); * Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills; * Strong goal and results orientation; * Initiative, autonomy, and proactivity; * Ability to build interpersonal relationships; * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
