Opportunity for professional growth and development #### **About the Maintenance and Installation Technician Role** **Maintenance and Installation Technician** **About the Opportunity** ------------------------ HITO Solutions is currently recruiting a Maintenance and Installation Technician to join a dynamic and specialized team in the fields of renewable energy and electric mobility. We seek a technically experienced professional with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to intervene on construction sites and during technical maintenance, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Install and configure renewable energy systems and associated equipment; * Install and configure electric vehicle chargers; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on photovoltaic systems, electric vehicle chargers, LED lighting, batteries, and other equipment; * Clean and maintain photovoltaic systems; * Monitor and analyze system and equipment performance; * Prepare technical intervention and maintenance reports; * Install electrical measurement and protection equipment; * Receive equipment and materials on site, ensuring stock records are updated. **Required Profile** --------------------- ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical-professional qualification in Electrotechnology, Renewable Energy, or related fields; * Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in preventive and corrective maintenance of photovoltaic systems and electric vehicle charging stations; * Ability to diagnose and resolve medium-complexity electrical faults; * Solid knowledge of communication protocols, particularly Modbus TCP/RTU, and integration with monitoring platforms; * Good knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation; * Good physical fitness for working at heights; * Availability for nationwide travel; * Valid driver's license. ### **Desirable Competencies** * High sense of responsibility, autonomy, rigor, and adherence to deadlines; * Strong communication skills in on-site contexts and when interacting with clients; * Interpersonal skills and team spirit; * Ability to guide junior technicians and solve problems efficiently; * Adaptability and rapid response to urgent situations or changes in planning; * Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel and ERP systems (PHC preferred); * Good command of English, both spoken and written. **Additional Valued Training** ------------------------------------ * Training in installation and maintenance of electric vehicle chargers and/or photovoltaic systems; * Training in working at heights; * Basic Safety Training; * Training in electrical hazards. **What We Offer** -------------------- * Integration into a growing company in the renewable energy sector; * Participation in innovative and technologically differentiated projects; * Collaborative work environment focused on professional development; * Opportunity for continuous growth and advancement. **Apply Now** ----------------- If you are looking for a new professional challenge in a rapidly growing field and wish to join a specialized technical team, please send us your application.
