Who You Are * You have a passion for human interaction and prior experience in similar roles. * You hold a bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields. * You are fluent in English (mandatory) and French (preferred). * You have experience with **Host PMS**. * You are customer-oriented and detail-focused. * You are responsible, proactive, dynamic, and a strong team player. * You are available for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night).
