Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks for This Role****** **We seek a Mid-Level Analyst to support and evolve the Senior platform, focusing on HR processes, payroll, electronic timekeeping, and other integrated modules. This professional will ensure system stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement, while also contributing to integration and technological innovation projects.** ### **Responsibilities:** ### **Technical Skills and Knowledge** * **Knowledge of governance frameworks and standards**: COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST. * **IT risk management**: identification, assessment, and mitigation of technological risks. * **Compliance and auditing**: understanding of regulatory requirements (LGPD, GDPR, SOX, etc.) and support for internal/external audits. * **Policy and process management**: creation, review, and monitoring of security policies, IT resource usage policies, access policies, etc. * **Governance metrics and indicators**: definition and tracking of KPIs and SLAs related to IT. ### **Interpersonal and Communication Skills** * **Clear and concise communication** with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * **Negotiation skills** with vendors and internal stakeholders. * **Collaborative work** with security, infrastructure, legal, and compliance teams. ### **Analytical and Strategic Skills** * **Critical thinking** to assess the business impact of IT decisions. * **Systemic perspective** to understand how IT processes align with corporate objectives. * **Data analysis capability** to generate insights on compliance, risks, and performance. ### **️** **Common Tools and Technologies** * GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream. * Policy and documentation management platforms (Confluence, SharePoint). * Advanced Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools. ### **Expected Experience** * 3–5 years of experience in IT governance, information security, or IT compliance. * Participation in governance framework implementation or revision projects.
