We are looking for a Junior Market Specialist / Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or trading. You will support daily market operations, monitor trading activity, and help improve our strategies. This is a hands-on role where you will both learn and contribute simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Monitor cryptocurrency market movements, prices, and liquidity. Support trading operations on exchanges (Spot, Futures, Options). Assist in rebalancing assets across multiple exchanges (CEX and DEX). Track and report technical or financial issues to the development team. Work with internal data and charts to identify market signals. Ensure trading bots comply with risk rules and performance targets. Assist in treasury record-keeping and coordinate with the Finance team. Communicate with the commercial team regarding client trading results.
