**Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct meetings with customers and partners to identify needs. * Develop and present technical and commercial proposals. * Manage the sales cycle (from prospecting to closing deals). * Perform technical assessments (surveys) at customer sites. * Support the technical team in defining solutions. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Automation (or equivalent experience in an industrial setting). * Practical experience on the factory floor (maintenance, project execution, or implementation of solutions). * Knowledge of Industry 4\.0, MES, SCADA, industrial automation, and industrial instrumentation. * Experience in PLC programming (preferred). * Ability to manage projects and optimize processes. * Strong communication skills and results orientation. * Experience in sales of technological/industrial solutions.
