Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Operations Management; . Eligible for Professional Internship through IEFP; . Professional experience in continuous improvement projects within Lean Management and Kaizen environments will be valued; . Fluency in English and preferably proficiency in another foreign language; . Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; . Proficiency in statistical analysis and data processing tools; . Strong problem identification and resolution skills; . Valid driver's license and availability for travel. ### **Work Location:** Hybrid system.
