Description The company CURA – Projectos, Lda., with its office located in Espinho, aims to reinforce its team and is seeking a Civil Engineer specialized in civil construction for the development and supervision of rehabilitation projects at various design and execution stages. CURA’s scope of intervention is limited to existing buildings and structures, many of which are classified and hold significant heritage value. RESPONSIBILITIES Development and coordination of civil engineering projects; Preparation of drawings, descriptive reports, and technical documentation; Sizing and analysis of technical solutions; Coordination with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external entities; Technical support and supervision throughout all project phases; Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations; Support in conducting tests and inspections related to building inspection and diagnosis Desired Profile REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; Proficiency in AutoCAD; Knowledge of BIM methodology; Five years’ experience in hydraulic installation projects, thermal and acoustic performance studies; Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers (OE); Immediate availability.
