Operation Technician (M/F)

Description

**Function:** Carry out planning and monitoring activities for urban waste collection and cleaning services in accordance with established procedures and supervisory guidelines, aiming to ensure compliance with agreed service levels and resource optimization. **Tasks:** * Supervise georeferencing and cartographic surveying tasks to define urban collection and cleaning routes; * Monitor daily urban waste collection and cleaning operations, supervising team performance and the preparation and completion of service control records; * Support the analysis of economic\-financial indicators evolution under the Contract; * Supervise the data compilation process for billing; * Comply with and enforce all Quality, Environment and Safety procedures, cooperating and participating in implementing essential measures to ensure Hygiene and Safety conditions at the workplace. **Competencies:** * Academic background in environmental engineering; * Computer skills at user level in Windows environment, particularly Excel (mandatory); * Planning and organizational ability; * Communication and leadership skills; * Responsibility, dynamism and initiative; * Resilience; * Proactivity; * Availability for flexible working hours and geographical mobility;
