The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of HR processes and hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules to ensure the platform meets business requirements and operates efficiently. **Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * 1–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM development * Solid understanding of HR processes and data models * Ability to independently analyze and resolve technical problems * Knowledge of Agile methodology * French level C1 / English level B2 **Preferred:** * SQL (good understanding of queries and data structures) **Additional Information** This is a French-speaking position, involving close collaboration with teams based in Paris, with working hours from 8:00 to 17:00\.
