That uniqueness shapes the culture of belonging we are so proud of. **The Role** We are seeking an experienced **Programme Manager** to oversee and coordinate multiple projects within one of the brands in Blip. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving successful project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills. **What you’ll be doing** * Plan, execute, and manage programs ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver intended business value. * Oversee multiple projects, ensuring effective coordination, prioritization, and resource allocation. * Establish and manage program governance structures, ensuring risk mitigation, compliance, and reporting requirements are met. * Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, and schedules. * Collaborate with project managers and cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables. * Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on program progress and challenges. * Ensure adherence to best practices in program and project management methodologies. * Manage a programme team and its contribution to the achievement of the programme’s objectives and providing clear direction and support in the development and delivery of the programme. * Mentor and coaching team members * Build strong collaborative working relationships across teams * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance efficiency within the program delivery framework. **What you’ll bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Solid experience in program/project management roles. * Proven experience managing large\-scale programs with multiple stakeholders. * Strong knowledge of project management software. * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive results. * Strong problem\-solving and risk management abilities. * Experience in line management is a must.
