Provision of free training RECRUITMENT OF A PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR V. N. GAIA (NEAR SANTO OVÍDIO METRO STATION) Job Details: The recruitment process is for working alongside a person with motor disability in the aforementioned area. Required Profile: - Age ≥ 18 years - Compulsory education completed - Competencies for individual and close support to persons with physical disabilities - Proactivity and dynamism - Conflict management skills - Flexible working hours - Mandatory: Completion of initial Personal Assistance training FUNCTIONS: Personal hygiene and care, Household chores, Meal preparation, Shopping, Transportation, etc. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: - Valid driver's license and ability to drive; Offered Conditions: - Employment contract under service commission regime; WORKING HOURS MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8:00–13:00 AND 18:00–20:00 (35 hours/week) – base monthly salary €850.50 + meal allowance (€6/day), Christmas bonus, and holiday bonus; - Integration into an innovative project; - Provision of free training (initial and continuous training).
