Job Description * Gather requirements and perform functional analysis of application solutions by participating in client meetings; * Draft technical documents, control documents, "release notes" and manuals whenever necessary and according to the solution's specificities; * Collaborate with clients and development teams; * Perform functional and quality assurance tests on developed solutions, ensuring compliance with client requirements; * Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the developed solution; * Help anticipate problems that may affect solution quality and propose improvement opportunities.
