Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational and Logistics Coordinator to support the daily operations management, with a focus on inventory, logistics, technical coordination, and customer support. We seek to hire an Operational and Logistics Coordinator with an organized, dynamic, and responsible profile to support the company's daily operational management. Main Responsibilities: * Inventory and warehouse management and organization; * Goods and equipment receiving and dispatch; * Daily logistical and operational support; * Planning and coordination of technical assistance and technician travel; * Operational contact with customers and support in scheduling; * Quality verification and control of equipment prior to dispatch; * Administrative support related to operations; * Direct reporting to the Head of Processes and Operations; * Support in continuous improvement of internal organization and operational efficiency. Required Profile: * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; * Sense of responsibility and autonomy; * Adaptability and problem-solving skills; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Dynamism and attention to detail; * Experience in operational, logistics, or industrial environments is valued.
