Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to manage orders, organize shifts, control inventory and suppliers, and coordinate teams in a fast-service kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. Prior experience in fast-service kitchens is valued A Spanish company, with a branch and restaurant located at Arrabida Shopping, is currently recruiting a Kitchen Manager. The selected professional will be responsible for order management, shift scheduling, inventory and supplier control, team management, supervision of cleaning, as well as overall coordination with various suppliers. We seek candidates with experience in fast-service kitchens, preferably in shopping mall environments. A contract offering 40 working hours per week, two days off per week, and one month of annual vacation is offered. **Compensation will be commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies.** Interested candidates should submit their resumes.
