We are a solid and growing industrial company focused on operational excellence and innovation in our processes. We are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our team and lead logistics management strategically and efficiently. Main Responsibilities: - Plan logistics resources according to the company’s sales objectives; - Ensure optimization of inventory and material flows; - Plan deliveries (analyze execution documents, plan routes, prepare loading maps and distribute them across various departments); - Organize international shipments; - Ensure international loading and distribution; - Implement continuous improvements in logistics processes; - Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality, and cost targets; - Supervise all logistics processes; - Monitor and control vehicle movement efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability; - Monitor and evaluate deliveries; - Supervise warehouse organization and management; - Ensure planning of vehicle and equipment maintenance; - Lead and develop the logistics team. Required Profile: - Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics or related field; - Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles (preferably in an industrial environment); - Theoretical and practical knowledge in Logistics; - Strong organizational and leadership skills; - Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics management tools; - Good analytical and problem-solving skills; - Proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach.
