Schedule: Full\-Time Location: Estádio **PRIMARY FUNCTION MISSION** Promote sales of merchandise and services to the public, adhering to quality standards in customer service and enhancing the Benfica brand and its prestige. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** ✓ Ensure excellence in customer service and actively motivate all customers to purchase; ✓ Ensure product display, restocking, and inventory management according to quality criteria; ✓ Suggest improvements to product presentation; ✓ Comply with all procedures related to cash handling and ticketing services. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND TRAINING** ✓ Completed secondary education (12th grade) or a technical sales/commercial course (preferred); ✓ One year of experience in similar roles (preferred); ✓ Availability for full\-time summer reinforcement (July to September); ✓ Availability for rotating shifts and days off; ✓ User-level computer skills; ✓ English language proficiency. **PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES** ✓ Communication skills; ✓ Work methodology and organization; ✓ Customer and results orientation; ✓ Problem-solving ability; ✓ Strong sense of responsibility; ✓ Proactivity and initiative; ✓ Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
