Role: We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor with strong expertise in medium voltage (MV) installations to strengthen our inspection team in industrial and Oil \& Gas projects. This professional will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the correct execution of electrical work on site, focusing on technical compliance and safety. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the installation of electrical systems, with special focus on medium voltage systems (cabling, transformers, switchgear, equipment, etc.); * Coordinate contractor/subcontractor teams, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical standards and safety requirements; * Verify that work complies with execution designs, applicable standards and best practices; * Support testing and commissioning of electrical systems; * Interact with inspection, safety and other discipline teams to ensure efficient coordination on site; * Maintain technical records, progress reports and quality documentation. Desired Profile: * Technical or higher education in Electrical Engineering or related field; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation supervision within industrial/Oil \& Gas environments; * Solid knowledge of medium voltage systems, including commissioning and associated safety; * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams and functional schematics; * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and focus on safety and quality; * Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English.
