Function: We are strengthening our team with an Electrical and Instrumentation (E\&I) Supervisor to work on industrial construction sites and Oil \& Gas projects. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of electrical and instrumentation installations, guaranteeing compliance with technical, quality and safety requirements. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise electrical installation works (low and medium voltage), instrumentation systems and industrial automation; * Coordinate and monitor contractor/subcontractor teams on site; * Verify compliance with design documents, technical standards, specifications and applicable regulations; * Support testing, calibration and commissioning of E\&I systems; * Ensure proper application of safety, quality and document control procedures; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in inspection, safety and operations. Desired Profile: * Technical or higher education in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation or similar; * Minimum of 7 years of experience supervising electrical and instrumentation installations in industrial/Oil \& Gas projects; * Knowledge of applicable standards (e.g.: IEC, ISA, API, ISO); * Ability to read electrical schematics, loop diagrams, P\&IDs and technical documentation; * High sense of responsibility, organization and leadership; * Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English; * Availability for national and international mobility.
