We serve businesses (fruit in offices), home consumers, and restaurants. We are a small, operational, excellence-oriented team — and we are growing. **The Role** We are seeking a Procurement Technician to manage the full procurement cycle — from supplier negotiations to purchase order generation and inventory control. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, maintains rigorous data accuracy, and operates autonomously using digital tools. **Responsibilities** *Supplier Management* * Maintain and develop the supplier base for fruit and other products * Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules * Systematically assess and qualify new suppliers * Resolve quality or delivery issues in coordination with operations *Planning and Purchase Orders* * Generate procurement needs based on order forecasts and inventory levels * Consolidate B2C, B2B2C, and B2B orders to optimize volumes * Issue and track purchase orders in the internal system * Ensure product availability for daily dispatch without stockouts *Control and Analysis* * Monitor inventory levels and identify deviations from plan * Produce procurement, cost, and price variance reports * Track market price trends and seasonality **Required Profile** * 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Economics, or related field (preferred) * Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets * Ability to learn and operate digital tools (ERP, dashboards) * Organized, rigorous, proactive — capable of managing multiple suppliers simultaneously * Experience in SMEs or startups is an advantage * Knowledge of the food industry or distribution sector is valued **What We Offer** * Real impact in a rapidly growing company * Autonomy and responsibility from day one * Direct contact with leadership and a culture of operational transparency * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience **How to Apply** Send your CV and a brief note about your experience.
