Flexible working hours with autonomy and responsibility URBAN Obras, a leading brand in urban rehabilitation with an architectural design concept, aims to recruit a CONSTRUCTION MANAGER with relevant experience in rehabilitation projects for its Cascais Studio, as part of its growth plan. Title: Construction Manager \- URBAN Obras Cascais LS (Alcabideche) Job Description: * Planning and preparation of construction works; * Budgeting; * Preparation of technical reports and supervision and coordination of construction works; * Liaison with suppliers and clients; * Optimization of solutions and costs; * Prospecting and negotiation with new service providers and suppliers; * Quality control and adherence to project deadlines. Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent qualification validated by demonstrated experience in a similar role; * Experience in team leadership; * Experience in project analysis and execution; * Experience in construction management (minimum 2 years); * Proficiency as a user of AutoCAD and Microsoft 365 (primarily Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project).
