After 4 months of operation, we are renewing our team to find dynamic professionals who wish to grow with us. **Important Note:** At Duna Kebab, there are no fixed positions. We are a small team where **full versatility** is mandatory. We seek someone eager to learn all areas of the business and unafraid to "roll up their sleeves" for any task. **Job Description: Here, everyone does everything** The ideal candidate must be agile and capable of constantly switching between functions: * **Kitchen & Preparation:** Proficiency with knives for **fast and precise cutting** of vegetables and meats (marinating and daily skewer assembly). * **Customer Service & Operations:** Welcoming customers, order preparation, and counter service. * **Cleaning & Organization:** Rigorous maintenance of the entire space (kitchen and dining area). * **Pace Management:** Ability to maintain efficiency and quality under constant pressure in a dynamic environment. **Terms and Schedule** * **Salary:** **€1,050 Net** per month (total amount already includes 12th-month allowances for vacation, Christmas, and meal subsidies). * *This is the base entry-level salary. Our policy emphasizes growth: salary increases will reflect individual performance and the company’s growth.* * **Revolutionary Schedule:** **3.5 consecutive working days**, followed by **3.5 consecutive days off**. * **Contract:** 6-month contract (renewable), with a focus on long-term stability. * **Career Path:** Real opportunity for advancement to **Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Team Management** roles. **Candidate Requirements** * **Technical Experience:** Solid experience in kitchen operations (especially knife agility) and high-volume food service. * **Languages:** Fluency in both **Portuguese and English** is mandatory to ensure excellence in customer service and operational agility at Duna Kebab.
