Job Summary: We are seeking a Java Developer (Mid) to join a strategic project and contribute to building a Center of Excellence for a leading multinational company in the Fintech sector. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and maintain Java backend solutions using Spring/Spring Boot 2. Participate in the design and evolution of application architecture 3. Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum context within an international environment We are seeking a Java Developer (Mid) to join a strategic project and contribute to building a Center of Excellence for a leading multinational company in the Fintech sector. Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain Java backend solutions (\>=8\) using Spring/Spring Boot; · Participate in the design and evolution of application architecture (microservices, hexagonal, etc.); · Work with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL/SQL) and persistence frameworks (JPA/Hibernate); · Contribute to CI/CD processes and best practices for quality and continuous delivery; · Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, within an international setting focused on technical excellence. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree (or higher); · 3+ years of experience in Java backend development (Java \>= 8\) with solid theoretical foundation; · Experience with Spring / Spring Boot; · Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL); · Experience with JPA and Hibernate; · Knowledge of architecture (microservices, hexagonal, etc.); · Experience with CI/CD; · Experience with frontend (Angular or another UI framework); · Experience with AWS or another cloud platform; · Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills; · Passion for learning and growing as a developer; · Experience in Agile environments and Scrum methodologies; · Minimum English level B2+; · Strong team spirit and willingness to grow technically.
