As a leading social news aggregation and discussion site, this company empowers users to share content—including text, images, and links—and engage in meaningful conversations through voting and commenting. As part of the Direct LOB, you’ll work directly with advertisers, managing relationships and running performance\-driven campaigns tailored to each brand's unique needs. From Sales Development to Client Partner or Account Management, your role focuses on building a client pipeline, providing high impact strategies and delivering measurable results. You'll collaborate closely with brand stakeholders to build long\-term partnerships. **Requirements:** * 1 – 2 years of experience in in B2B or Outbound Sales, preferably in Digital Marketing. * Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) * Strong ability to meet brand\-specific KPIs and campaign ROI goals * Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills **Key Skills \& Knowledge** * Excellent prospecting and lead generation abilities (cold calling, email, social outreach) * Understanding of the sales funnel and pipeline management * Tailoring campaign strategies to brand goals * Direct negotiation and communication with in\-house advertisers * Deep client alignment and personalized campaign optimization * Ownership of sales, client success, and campaign performance **SHIFT** 40 Hours per week from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 6:00 (18:00\). **Very competitive salary offered.** Tipo de oferta: Integral/Full\-time Pagamento: 2 100,00€ \- 2 400,00€ por mês Benefícios: * Cartão/Ticket refeição * Estacionamento gratuito * Seguro saúde Localização do trabalho: Trabalho remoto híbrido em Lisboa
