The company’s brand portfolio includes the leading brands Domino®, C\&H®, Redpath®, Tate \& Lyle®, Lyle’s® and Sidul®. **SCOPE OF THE ROLE** Reporting to the Packaging Maintenance Supervisor and under the supervision of the Packaging Shift Leader, the professional will be responsible for performing equipment calibration tasks, always ensuring compliance with ASR Group’s Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform calibration tasks, inspecting machines under their responsibility—particularly bagging and packaging lines, as well as conveyor belts * Replace and repair parts whenever necessary * Use equipment correctly and maintain cleanliness within their assigned area * Collaborate in activities related to preventive, predictive, and facility improvement maintenance plans * Participate in Continuous Improvement activities * Perform maintenance and preservation of equipment, as well as necessary repairs within their area of responsibility * Comply with all Quality, Food Safety, and Food Defense standards, policies, and requirements * Ensure production of products meeting Quality, Food Safety, and Authenticity requirements * Promote the Culture of Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Environment, and Sustainability, ensuring compliance with product and process requirements **COMPETENCIES AND KNOWLEDGE** * Responsible and dedicated * Punctual and available to work rotating shifts * Active and dynamic * Ability to quickly diagnose issues within their operational area * Knowledge of occupational health and safety, quality, and continuous improvement (preferred) * English language proficiency (preferred) **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** * 3–5 years of experience in an industrial setting * Experience in Predictive/Preventive maintenance techniques * Forklift operation certification (preferred) **QUALIFICATIONS** * Secondary education (12th grade), preferably technical–vocational training (mechatronics, industrial maintenance, mechanics, etc.) (preferred) For more than 100 years, our employees have taken pride in “Making Life a Little Sweeter” by providing our customers and consumers with quality service and sugar products.
