Job Summary: We are seeking experienced professionals in ISPF, JCL, and scheduling tools for analyzing and resolving complex incidents, with strong analytical skills and fluency in English and French. What We Are Looking For: * Strong experience with ISPF and file management; * Solid experience with JCL, including analysis of complex JCL (e.g., sorting parameters); * Experience in file manipulation and management; * Knowledge and experience in creating and managing GDG bases; * Experience with TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler); * Knowledge of scheduling concepts and workload planning; * Knowledge of EGEN; * Experience with Control\-M and mixed scheduling environments; * Knowledge of CFT / Connect:Express; * Ability to analyze and resolve complex incidents; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Fluency in English and French.
