Job Summary: The Delnext is seeking a Project & Procurement Manager to lead strategic projects, develop partnerships, and optimize logistical processes, thereby promoting growth and efficiency. Optimize procurement processes and logistical improvements Delnext seeks a Project \& Procurement Manager to join the Operations team, focusing on implementing strategic projects, developing partnerships, and continuously improving logistical processes—directly contributing to the organization’s growth and efficiency. We are looking for an analytical, autonomous, and results-oriented professional with strong negotiation and project management skills in a dynamic environment. ROLE Lead and monitor the execution of the company’s strategic projects; Research, evaluate, and negotiate with national and international partners and suppliers; Manage procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and optimization of costs and operational conditions; Support the Operations department in analyzing and improving logistical processes; Coordinate across different departments to ensure proper execution of initiatives; Monitor deadlines, objectives, and deliverables defined for each project. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related field (preferred); Professional experience in project management, procurement, operations, or similar roles; Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (valued); Strong analytical ability and ease in handling and interpreting data; Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills; Organized, autonomous, and results-focused profile; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency is valued.
