Job Summary: Coordinate and optimize inventory management, sales analysis, and process automation to improve supply chain efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Cost and logistics flow optimization 2. We also provide our online store, enabling all Portuguese customers to access our product catalog. **Main Responsibilities:** * Sales forecasting and analysis to reduce stockouts and excess inventory. * Coordination with buyers on product-level inventory targets and weekly adjustments (considering available stock, stock in transit, and stock in production). * Management and allocation of inventory across HOMYCASA's three logistics platforms. * Optimization of costs by improving flows between manufacturers and HOMYCASA warehouses. * Automation of store-level stock replenishment orders. * Definition and presentation of weekly KPIs. * Alignment with procurement and marketing teams. **Profile:** * Teamwork capability; * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; * Proactivity; * Stress management and resilience; * Problem identification and responsive capability; * Organized. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (12th grade) or higher; * English proficiency required; * Advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of Incoterms; * Proven experience in supply chain (preferred); * Attention to analytical detail. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:30\. **Work Location:** Rio de Mouro.
