




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Work Preparer for the Sines Industrial Complex, responsible for preparing and planning equipment maintenance activities in accordance with the principles of Ethics, Conduct, Safety, Environment, and Quality. Definition of repair methods and technical analysis of proposals We are looking for a professional to work at the Sines Industrial Complex as a Maintenance Work Preparer. Your primary mission will be to prepare work packages for equipment maintenance execution, taking into account the Company's established principles of Ethics and Conduct, as well as Safety, Environment, and Quality procedures. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Use technical documentation to study and define operating methods for manufacturing and/or repair, aiming for optimal utilization of labor, machinery, and materials; assign execution times; and specify machines, tools, materials, and spare parts; * Perform fault diagnosis on equipment within your area of responsibility; * Define repair methods and provide input for drafting specifications for specific services, conducting technical analysis of proposals; * Propose studies or acquisition of tools and/or implementation of solutions necessary for effective intervention or aimed at reducing its cost, issuing technical opinions on specifications of directly applicable materials. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 12th-grade education, with experience in preparation, planning, and budgeting of maintenance work across various specialties; * Experience in executing and/or coordinating/supervising maintenance work on site; * Proficiency in standard computer applications, including SAP; * Knowledge of civil construction; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, isometrics, equipment data sheets, and material lists; * Positive attitude, initiative, collaboration, teamwork, responsibility, and results orientation; * Good command of English and Spanish. **WE OFFER** * A high-quality, rigorous work environment. * Competitive remuneration and social benefits commensurate with the role and aligned with experience level. **Repsol is committed to equal opportunity.
