Work with Creative, Product, Data, and App teams for alignment. **Performance \& App Growth Manager** Lisbon **Role Summary** Hands\-on Performance \& App Growth Manager responsible for acquiring new users in a scalable and profitable way, both on the website and on iOS and Android apps. Full focus on acquisition (paid \+ organic), funnel optimization, and daily execution to maximize installs, registrations, and first deposits (FTD). **Key Responsibilities** * Daily execution and full\-funnel optimization: manage paid campaigns (Search, Social, Display, ASA, App Install, Retargeting) and organic channels (ASO \+ SEO) from zero to first deposit. * Hands\-on app growth ownership: drive iOS and Android app growth, including ASO, store creatives, app\-specific campaigns, and install\-to\-registration optimization. * Plan, execute and optimize daily paid search (Google), paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), retargeting and other performance channels (excluding Affiliates). * Continuously optimize the conversion funnel: landing pages, pre\-landers, onboarding flows, UX, and messaging to increase registration and first deposit rates. * Quickly test and implement new creatives, audiences, platforms, and tactics (always data\-led). * Manage and allocate the acquisition budget with an obsessive focus on ROI, CPA, and ROAS. Make fast scaling or cutting decisions. * Analyze performance daily: monitor CPI, CPA, FTD volume, traffic quality, and adjust in real time. * Work closely with Creative, Product, Data, and App teams to ensure perfect alignment between campaign, landing pages (when needed), in\-app experience. * Report clearly on results, learnings, and recommendations every week. **What We Expect From You** * Proven hands\-on experience in user acquisition for gambling / betting / iGaming (minimum 4–5 years), both on web and mobile apps (iOS \+ Android). * Strong track record of scalable growth: you have successfully managed significant budgets, reduced CPA, and increased FTD volume while maintaining high traffic quality. * Deep knowledge of tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads / others; Adjust / AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, etc. * Strong data\-driven and execution mindset. You enjoy getting your hands "dirty", testing a lot, and optimizing every day. * Great soft skills: + Great team player who communicates clearly and transparently. + Team\-worker. + Resilient, proactive, and brings positive energy. + Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
