You will act as the local representative of Transformation Factory, playing a key role across business development, client delivery and team leadership, in close collaboration with the firm’s executive management. **Key responsibilities** **Business development \& market representation** * Represent Transformation Factory in the Portuguese market with clients, partners and local ecosystems * Develop a strong client portfolio within the banking, financial services and insurance sectors * Identify and drive new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s international growth strategy **Client delivery \& transformation leadership** * Lead and secure high\-impact transformation programs for senior client stakeholders * Support executive teams on strategy, organization, governance, processes, technology, data and management topics * Ensure high quality delivery, client satisfaction and long\-term relationships **Team leadership \& structuring** * Build, manage and grow local consulting teams * Contribute to the structuring of offers, methodologies and delivery models * Drive knowledge capitalisation and continuous improvement **Firm contribution** * Lead or contribute to proposals and RFP responses * Participate in internal structuring initiatives and strategic reflections at group level **Profil recherché** -------------------- **Profile** * Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering School or equivalent university degree) * Significant experience in a consulting firm, ideally within a Big 4 or leading strategy / transformation consultancy * Strong expertise in banking transformation, strategy or organizational consulting * Proven director\-level posture: leadership, strategic vision and executive credibility * Ability to develop business, structure teams and manage complex transformation programs * Fluency in French, English and Portuguese is mandatory * Strong local market knowledge and presence in Lisbon required **Why join us** * A key leadership role in an international expansion journey * High level of autonomy with direct exposure to executive management * Entrepreneurial, high\-impact and human\-scale consulting environment * Opportunity to build and represent a long\-term local footprint in Portugal
