The role involves building and maintaining solutions, managing pipelines, and resolving platform\-related issues for a strategic client engagement. **Key Responsibilities Post Joining:** * Develop and enhance solutions using **Power Apps** , **Power Automate** , and related Power Platform tools. * Administer and maintain Power Platform components, including **Power Platform CLI** . * Design, implement, and maintain **Azure DevOps pipelines** to support CI/CD workflows. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues across **Power Platform** and **Azure DevOps** environments. * Collaborate with IT support and development teams to ensure platform stability and performance. * Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Document technical processes, support activities, and development work. * **Mandatory Skills:** * **D365 CRM** * Power Platform administration (Power Apps, Power Automate) * Azure DevOps pipeline creation and maintenance * Troubleshooting experience in Azure DevOps and Power Platform * Strong communication skills in English IT support experience * **Desired Skills:** * Azure Function App, Azure Service Bus, Azure Administration * Development experience on Power Platform * ITIL process knowledge * PowerShell scripting Power Platform CLI expertise * **Qualifications \& Experience:** * 6\+ years of experience in development and administration roles * Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting Power Platform and Azure DevOps environments * Experience working in hybrid environments and cross\-functional teams * Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control systems Mandatory Skills: Microsoft PowerApps for Dynamics 365 .
