**Job Title: System Administrator (Microsoft)** **Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal** **Work Regime: Full\-time \& Hybrid (2x/3x office days)** **Overview / Summary:** We are looking for a Microsoft System Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows Server, AD/AAD, M365, and virtualization, ensuring smooth operations and security across the infrastructure. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory (on\-premises and Azure). * Administer Microsoft 365 services and Intune for endpoint management. * Deploy and maintain virtualized environments using VMware or Hyper\-V. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and security. * Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives. ### **Requirements** **Mandatory Requirements:** * \+2 years of experience in Microsoft system administration. * Experience of AD/AAD, Windows Server, M365, and Intune. * Experience with VMware and/or Hyper\-V virtualization. * Experience problem\-solving skills and ability to work independently. * Proficient in English (written and spoken). ### **Benefits** **Important**: * Our company does not sponsor work visas or work permits.
