About the Role We are seeking an ITSM/ESM Consultant to implement and administer ITSM/ESM platforms (OpenText SMAX, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalents), design workflows, custom fields, automation rules, dashboards, reports, and SLAs; develop REST API integrations (CRUD); and manage CMDB administration with data reconciliation from sources such as Discovery, Intune, and SCCM. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in ITSM/ESM implementations. * Strong knowledge of ITSM/ESM solutions: OpenText SMAX, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent platforms. * Experience with CMDB, including definition and design of data models. * Solid understanding of the ITIL 4 framework. * Experience implementing and administering workflows, custom fields, automation rules, dashboards, reports, and SLAs. * Development of integrations with external systems via REST API (CRUD operations). * CMDB administration and reconciliation with data sources (Discovery, Intune, SCCM, etc.). * Knowledge of CRUD and JavaScript (preferred, not mandatory).
