Collaborative, motivating, and challenging environment We are recruiting for an IT Technician – Helpdesk and Systems Administration Support **Job Description:** We are looking for an IT Technician to join our Information Technology team, focusing on end-user technical support and systems administration assistance. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn and grow within a technically demanding environment. **Main Responsibilities:** Install, configure, and update computer software and hardware; Provide first- and second-line technical support (on-site and remote); Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents; Log and track service requests in the helpdesk system; Prepare technical documentation and activity reports; Support server and network infrastructure management and maintenance; Support configuration and monitoring of network equipment (firewalls, switches). **What We Are Looking For:** **Education and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Experience in Windows systems administration and end-user technical support; **Solid Knowledge In:** Windows operating systems; Installation and configuration of Windows operating systems; Installation and configuration of Microsoft Office and other enterprise applications; Basic hardware repairs (desktops and laptops) **Basic Knowledge In:** Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, WSUS, File Services, IIS, and Print Services; Networking, security, antivirus, and backup policies; Switches (Aruba) and Firewalls (Check Point); **Personal Skills:** Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues; Strong communication, empathy, and internal user orientation; Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests; What We Offer Commitment; Initial and ongoing training; Opportunity to integrate into a leading company; Involvement in real-world processes with impact and responsibility; Flexible working hours and work-life balance measures; Collaborative, motivating, and challenging environment; Municipal company benefits, including training and internal well-being programs.
