Noesis is looking for a resource to strengthen the Access Management and Security team, with the objective of being the IT interface for the client's SOC, defining the company's information security policies, and identifying and resolving security weaknesses in the client's application ecosystem. **Requirements:** * Strong ability to define and structure the Information Security Policy; * Ability to define and implement log collection, storage, and processing policies in complex application environments; * Competence to define policies and monitor their execution related to a Security Operations Center service – SOC on SIEM IBM\-QRADAR; * Experience managing UBA – User Behavior Analysis and NBA – Network Behavior Analysis tools; * Knowledge of MDM and Endpoint Security tool management (e.g.: Crowdstrike, TrendMicro); * Familiarity with ISO 27001 standard; * Ability to define an access management model based on functional profiles using a role-based access control policy – RBAC; * Experience in vulnerability management; * Knowledge of CI/CD application development processes.
