This position is part of a global **Cybersecurity \& Digital Fraud department**, working from Portugal as an extension of the central team. **Main Mission** Support **Enterprise Security** activities with a strong focus on **Data Security and Cryptography**, contributing to defining standards, assessing risks, and guiding internal entities on secure solutions. **Responsibilities** * Define security requirements and strategy for **data security and cryptography** across the group. * Support subsidiaries in implementing data protection and cryptographic measures. * Analyze security risks and recommend additional countermeasures. * Participate in **technical POCs** involving new and emerging technologies. * Conduct **technology research** and contribute to internal security community development. * Work on topics such as: + Data protection at rest and in transit, data masking, anonymization. + Cryptography in private, public, and hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, IBM, O365\). + Cryptographic key management (HSM, CKMS, secret management). + Digital signatures. + Security for Data Science environments (Data Labs, Big Data). + Post‑quantum cryptography and crypto‑agility. **Key Tasks** * Assess the robustness of system designs and data protection mechanisms. * Develop guidelines for the use of **Blockchain** technologies. * Collaborate with expert groups in cryptography and data security. * Guide projects toward the best data security techniques depending on the use case. * Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation measures. * Define security requirements for data protection and cryptography. * Suggest approaches for cryptographic asset inventory and crypto‑agility. **Qualifications** * IT risk and cybersecurity knowledge. * Understanding of cryptography concepts and enterprise\-level applications. * Basic knowledge of quantum computing and its security implications. * Awareness of the current cybersecurity landscape. * Familiarity with frameworks such as **ISO 27001, NIST, CIS**. **Language Requirements** * **English (mandatory).** **Soft Skills** * Strong communication skills (verbal and written). * Active listening and synthesis ability. * Ability to inspire and foster engagement. * Experience leading meetings or committees. * Critical thinking.
