The main responsibilities of this role are:**1\. Accounting and Financial Reporting** * Accurately analyze accounting entries * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in alignment with industry standards * Collaborate with external auditors * Prepare analytical control reports * Ensure compliance with reinsurance treaties **2\. Budgeting and Financial Planning** * Participate in the preparation of the annual budget, considering technical and operational variables * Regularly analyze financial performance against the budget * Budget and monitor the insurer's operational costs **3\.
