We are looking for an F\&B Manager who shares this philosophy and wants to make their mark by leading a young and ambitious team. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the hotel's various outlets, from the restaurant to the hotel bars, including breakfast service and room service. We are seeking someone who is present on the ground, capable of motivating and training teams, and also possesses analytical skills and a passion for management. We want a leader who teaches, corrects with empathy, and inspires by example—someone who does not hide behind a screen but also understands that excellence arises from organization, planning, and control. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and support F\&B operations across all outlets; * Guide and train the team in daily service, promoting quality standards and genuine hospitality; * Manage schedules, inventory, technical sheets, and operational costs; * Assist in the planning and execution of events and special initiatives; * Collaborate with management in performance analysis and continuous improvement. Ideal Profile * Previous experience in F\&B supervisory or managerial roles (preferably in hospitality); * Practical mindset and enjoyment of hands-on service work; * Ability to teach, lead, and motivate young teams; * Balance between operational and administrative responsibilities; * Fluency in Portuguese and English; * Energy, empathy, and a desire for professional growth.
