Mission: Under the guidance of the Store Manager, ensure the smooth operation of the store, implement brand values, and enhance performance and profitability. Responsibilities: * Ensure the smooth daily operation of the store; * Lead and organize the team; * Comply with and enforce food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards; * Guarantee excellent customer service; * Manage customer complaints; * Anticipate and resolve problems; * Train and develop your team.
