If you seek a collaborative, dynamic environment full of opportunities to surpass yourself, your next challenge may be with us! **Who are we looking for?** Second-Line Application Support Technician **Key Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to internal and external applications; * Analyze error logs, application logs, and application behavior to identify incident root causes; * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve incidents; * Manage change requests, fixes, and functional improvements for applications; * Document procedures, solutions, and best practices for future reference; * Participate in testing new software versions and updates; * Ensure compliance with defined SLAs for application support. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in application technical support roles; * Solid SQL knowledge for data analysis and problem resolution; * Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, OTRS); * Ability to read and interpret logs and error messages; * Higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or equivalent field. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python); * Experience with ERP, CRM, SAP, or banking systems; * ITIL or equivalent certifications; * Proficiency in English (spoken and written). **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid.
