CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR (M/F) Location: Lisbon \| Full\-time MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, coordinate and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and defined objectives; * Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary technical teams (engineers, supervisors, workers) and subcontractors; * Manage project budgets, control costs and quantities, and ensure project profitability; * Develop work plans and schedules, and monitor and validate technical work and documentation; * Ensure implementation of quality and safety procedures in accordance with legal regulations and internal company standards; * Represent the company to clients, inspection bodies, suppliers, public entities and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication. WHAT WE LOOK FOR: ✔ Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; ✔ Minimum of 10 years proven experience in civil construction project management; ✔ Solid knowledge in planning, budgeting, applicable legislation and team management; ✔ Active member of OE or OET; ✔ Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD software (preferred); ✔ Knowledge of English and Spanish; ✔ Leadership skills, decision-making ability and stress resistance; ✔ Rigor, reliability and proactivity; ✔ Valid driver's license; ✔ Availability for travel (mandatory requirement).
