We are recruiting a Technician with experience in fuel retail environments to join the team responsible for supporting and implementing service stations, focusing on POS software and hardware, peripherals, and DOMS systems. This could be the perfect challenge if you have: \- Proven experience in fuel retail environments (mandatory); \- Solid knowledge of POS systems (hardware and software); \- Experience with payment peripherals and station automation; \- Proficiency in configuring DOMS and communication protocols; \- Knowledge of English and Spanish (advantageous). Responsibilities: \- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of POS systems at service stations; \- Integration and configuration of peripherals (printers, readers, pinpads, etc.); \- Configuration and technical support of DOMS systems and communication with fuel pumps; \- On-site diagnosis and resolution of technical issues; \- Support to local teams in the implementation and maintenance of solutions; \- Recording and documentation of technical interventions.
